I love your updates, and your new kitchen sounds like it's going to be wonderful! Can't wait to see photos when it's done. We need a new fridge, so I'll be curious to hear how you like your new Bosch. In the meantime, you're doing a wonderful job of finding creative ways to eat. Do they have El Pollo Loco near you? We love their crispy chicken tacos, and always stop at the restaurant when we visit California. I enjoyed the celebrity pet names you shared, and thought you might smile to know that when I was three years old I was allowed to name my family's new cat: Omelet.
